Due to ongoing increases in feed, processing, and general operating costs, we need to make adjustment to our beef prices. This decision was not made lightly, but it is necessary to ensure we can continue raising high-quality beef.

Curated Beef Boxes:

  • 10lb Box

    A typical 10 lb box would be 2-3 lbs of ground, 4-6 lbs of mixed steaks, typically packed two to a package. Steaks could include rib eyes, NY, sirloin, filet, porterhouse, T-Bone, etc. And, one small roast.

  • 15lb Box

    A typical 15 lb box would be 3-4 lbs of ground, 6-8 lbs of mixed steaks, typically packed two to a package. Steaks could include rib eyes, NY, sirloin, etc. The remainder will be made up of either 1-2 small roasts, bone-in chuck steaks, tri-tip, sirloin tip, or some combination thereof.

  • 30lb Box

    A typical 30 lb box would be 6-8 lbs of ground, 12-16 lbs of mixed steaks, typically packed two to a package. Steaks could include rib eyes, NY, sirloin, etc. The remainder will be made up of either 1-2 small roasts, bone-in chuck steaks, tri-tip, sirloin tip, or some combination thereof.

Current pricing for partial or full animals:

  • $1,625 per quarter

  • $3,100 per half

  • $5,850 for a whole beef.

Current pricing for grass-fed partial or full animals:

  • $1,810 per quarter

  • $3,325 per half

  • $6,450 for a whole beef. 

Orders of full animals can customize the cut and wrap to their preference.
