10lb Box
A typical 10 lb box would include 2 lbs of ground beef, 5–6 lbs of assorted steaks, and 2-3lbs of roast cuts. Steak selections may include ribeye, New York strip, sirloin, filet, flat iron, flank, skirt, tri-tip, chuck, or hanger. Specific cuts will vary based on availability.
15lb Box
A typical 15 lb box would include 3 lbs of ground beef, 7–8 lbs of assorted steaks, and 4–5 lbs of roast cuts. Steak selections may include ribeye, New York strip, sirloin, filet, flat iron, flank, skirt, tri-tip, chuck, or hanger. Specific cuts will vary based on availability.
30lb Box
A typical 30 lb box would include 6lbs of ground beef, 15–16 lbs of assorted steaks, and 8–9 lbs of roast cuts. Steak selections may include ribeye, New York strip, sirloin, filet, flat iron, flank, skirt, tri-tip, chuck, or hanger. Specific cuts will vary based on availability.

$6,450 for a whole beef.
Orders of full animals can customize the cut and wrap to their preference.
